Nordic Ware Platter Holders ONLY Steak/Fajita Server Plate Vintage Set Of 2

This is a pair of vintage Nordic Ware No. 52 platter holders, originally sold as the insulated bases for the brand's Gourmet Sizzler steak/fajita platters. Each low, sculptural tray is made of glossy black Bakelite/melamine and stamped with the Nordic Ware Viking logo and No. 52 Platter Holder – Minneapolis, Minn. on the underside. They're perfect for replacing missing holders from an old set, or repurposing as mid-century serving trays for appetizers, sushi, sandwiches, or charcuterie. As part of Nordic Ware's mid-century Serve-a-Sizzle/Servo-King line, typically paired with oval aluminum steak plates — the holders alone are harder to find.
